Soo I know i haven't put anything new up this year.. it has been a bit of a hecktic year.. went and got myself married.. (back in april) and then it has been one thing after another... now I am attempting to find a job and go back to work after being a stay at home dad for three years... as fun as that is, I soo need to go to work.
But on a different note.
I am starting to make Christmas ornaments for this year, and I have convinced my wife (still sounds weird) that I should make extra and sell them... if for nothing else, then to
1. Keep me busy, and for anyone that truly knows me is a good thing. I have a tendency to go off tangent...
2. Make enough money to keep me in art supplies.
cause well making 60+ ornaments a year outta sculpty isn't cheap.
3. makes so I don't have mounds of nick nacks around the house.. which my wife.. thou she should have known better when she married a artsy type person... hates having nick nacks and clutter..

my main problem is what to sell them for and where
I am thinking of selling them on etsy, and I do have commission for five ornaments this year from someone in town.
but what do I sell them for? I checked out etsy and people are selling them for 20 to 30 a piece. That seems a bit much for something that is gonna be in a box for 11 months of the year.. but selling them for less then five is throwing any chance of a making any money to keep me in supplies out the window..

then there is shipping and handling...  
ack!
I hate math...

On the plus side i got a friend who is more of a photographer then I am, gonna take some way better photos to show off the cleverness that is me!
